A critical component in acquiring and improving these skills has been my intensive interactions with decision-makers – promoters and executives responsible for various key policy and operational decisions. I have also been in constant touch with the trends and happenings in the global markets, which knowledge enables me to understand a customer’s requirements quickly and thoroughly and deliver work that is effective and excellent. My knowledge of Tamil has attracted customers from UK and Canada for whom I handle transcreation assignments: adapting TV Commercials and Press Advertisements from English to Tamil.
